In the illustrious, 30-year history of Pro Builder’s Show Village at the International Builders’ Show, we’ve welcomed hundreds of thousands of IBS attendees to tour innovative show homes, learn new (and better) building practices, network with other housing professionals, enjoy our skills challenges and block parties, and get a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively) just outside the convention center. This milestone year reflects Pro Builder’s enduring commitment to excellence in the world of home building with new and old traditions, including five eye-popping homes and one new face: our mascot, Pawley Benjamin.

DAILY SKILLS CHALLENGES
Every afternoon, we’ll pluck a handful of Show Villagers to partake in our Skills Challenge—a fun-filled race to see who can demonstrate what they learned from select how-to lessons by the the PTC LIVE team... with cool giveaways (and real medals!) for the winners!
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
If Show Village is known for anything, it’s a great spot to gather and connect with other industry pros. Offer up your expertise on a skills challenge team, link up with a peer for a self-guided house tour, and join us for live music and libations at one of our nightly block parties!
HOW-TO DEMONSTRATIONS
The ProTradeCraft (PTC) LIVE Construction Training Zone returns by popular demand to demonstrate hands-on construction best practices, such as air-sealing a perimeter wall, installing a prefabricated shower unit, and a new way to hang windows, among several other building skills and applications that are critical to get right the first time.
SELF-GUIDED HOUSE TOURS
Show Village 2024 sets the stage for exciting industry innovations with five full-scale homes showcasing new products and off-site production methods that offer solutions for affordable housing development.
Meet Pawley Benjamin!
Show Village may be 30 years old, but our mascot, Pawly Benjamin (“PB” for short, get it?) is making his debut at the Show. He’ll be on hand to share Show Village lore, go behind the scenes with our show home builder partners, and take off on an adventure game called “Where’s Pawley?” You’ll see him all around the convention center, too!
