For the 2026 International Builders’ Show, Show Village will anchor the Outdoor Exhibits located just outside the West Hall of the Orange County Convention Center into a hands-on showcase of the quality products, materials, and methods that create great homes.
From taking self-guided tours of next-gen and attainable homes to live how-to demonstrations, fun skills challenges, and after-hours activities, the “Village” offers a number of opportunities to see great products in action.

Check out a new lineup of five fully constructed and furnished show homes that demonstrate innovative design and production methods. Each day, Show Villagers can take self-guided tours of each home featuring a selection of innovative products, materials, and off-site building solutions.
Participate in Games, Competitions, and Live Demonstrations
How-to is the name of the game at the ProTradeCraft Construction Stage, powered by Pro Remodeler Training Zone within Show Village, where attendees can level-up their skills and participate in daily skills challenges for prizes.
Take a Break and Connect With Colleagues
Whether it’s catching up with a colleague or touring a show home together, Show Village provides plenty of opportunities to connect with peers in the housing industry. Nightly block parties on Tuesday and Wednesday also offer the chance to let loose after a long day of walking the show floor.
